I've always had a sweet tooth. As a kid, dessert was my favorite part of every meal... (and it still is).
Somewhere along the way, I realized creating desserts was just as fun as eating them. My favorite part isn't following a recipe; it's experimenting. Before I even reach for the ingredients, my playlist is on and the oven is preheating. Then comes the fun part: testing ideas, tweaking recipes, and seeing what I can create next. There's nothing better than sharing something you've made and watching someone's face light up after the first bite.
That desire to create and share eventually became Good Mood Cookies.
Good Mood Cookies is me sharing a small piece of who I am.

Turning an Idea Into Something Real
The first place I introduced Good Mood Cookies was at local farmers markets.
I'll never forget watching complete strangers take their first bite. Seeing their reactions, hearing their feedback, and watching them come back for another cookie reminded me exactly why I started.
Some weekends we sold out. Even better, people kept coming back looking for the same cookie they couldn't stop thinking about.
Those moments gave me the confidence to keep going.
The Cookie That Stole the Show
Out of every recipe I created, one kept standing out.

It quickly became the cookie people asked for by name. The combination of nostalgic flavor, organic ingredients, and our signature superfood flour blend made it an easy favorite.
Instead of trying to create dozens of flavors all at once, I decided to focus on making one cookie the absolute best it could be.
Sometimes less really is more.
